Flesh Oratorio

This game is incredibly incomplete and is a proof of concept made across 3 years in my spare time.
The point of it is to demonstrate, conceptually and using mostly programmer art, the general game loop and includes two towns and a prototype dungeon layout. Please read the readme for more information especially for controls!! Some music was written by Lyra Melody, who did a great job.

The game has enemies that panic upon reaching damage thresholds, is planned to have a tamagotchi-like minigame where you raise your own leech creature into a biological armor, among other things that aren't completely shown in this demo. You may run into panicking enemies and some status effects depending on how RNG favors you but they're infrequent. There is one quest NPC that gives you something in return for completing his fetch quest, and one party member is only accessible by talking to her twice in two different locations. You can select your pronouns but most text still uses They for now.

The plan for now is to create a few smaller games with simpler infrastructure just as a break from this undertaking.

Previous Works

I used to be part of Legion Works Games. I was the main programmer on Luft (A one finger mobile platformer). I co-programmed Elysium (Art project), and Theseus Rogue Crisis (Dungeon generation and combat). I was the level designer for Towel Quest and I made the caravan defense portion of Dungeons & Dividends.
